Jacqueline A. (Symczak) Zaczek, age 64, of Webster, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at UMASS Memorial Health Care - Worcester.

She leaves her husband of 46 years, Edward J. Zaczek; a son, Jason Zaczek of Bloomington, MI; two daughters, Tracey and her husband Christopher Harmon of Woodstock, CT,  Robyn and her husband Lance Ashby of Moreno Valley, CA; 7 grandchildren, Hunter, Devin, Ty, Liam, Callum, Jake, Nick, whom she loved dearly and was known to the grandchildren as Mema.  She also leaves a brother, Stephen Symczak of Dennis, MA and her mother, Barbara (Miller) Symczak Murphy of Webster.  

She was born in Webster daughter of the late Robert Symczak.  She was a LPN and worked at Brookside Convalescent Home in Webster and City Hospital in Worcester.  She enjoyed Foxwoods Casino and traveling to California and Michigan.

There are no calling hours.  A graveside service will be held Friday, February 17, 2017 at 11 AM in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley.  Please meet directly at the cemetery.  Omit flowers and donations may be made to Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, East Main St., Webster, MA 01570.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster, MA has been entrusted with arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may light a candle or post a condolence message.
