Patricia Ann (Smalarz) Lusignan, age 79, passed away at the Pacifica House in Carlsbad, CA.

She leaves a daughter, Cynthia Hawkes of Vista. CA.

She was born in Massachusetts, daughter of the late Stephen and Josephine (Zalewski) Smalarz.  She lived in Carlsbad for 52 years.  She was a homemaker.

Private graveside services were held in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery, Webster.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster has been entrusted with final arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may light a candle or post a condolence message.
