Margaret A. (Perron) Robidoux

Margaret A. (Perron) Robidoux, 85, passed away suddenly at home on the morning of April 11th, 2024. 

Margaret was born in Ware on January 12th, 1939 to the late Walter and Rose (Messier) Perron. Margaret is survived by her loving husband Donald E. Robidoux, to whom she has been wed for sixty-seven years; she leaves her daughters Sheryl Cates of Hubert, NC, Dawn Killoy and husband Kevin of Warren, and Lori Moriarty of Warren; her brother John Perron of Warren; her sister Shirley Homans of Ludlow; her five living grandchildren Josh, Matthew, Zachary, Ryan and Sean, and her ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Craig L. Robidoux; two grandsons, Darren and Nicholas; four brothers, Walter, Francis, Donald and George; and four sisters, Irene, Esther, Theresa and Rose.

Known as Peggy, she worked at BigY for almost 30 years. A passionate gardener, she loved tending to the flowers in her gardens that filled her yard with color, as well as making blankets and crocheting. One would be hard-pressed to find a home on Pine Street without one of Peggy's blankets or home-grown flowers. She and Donald lived in Warren for over sixty years in the same house. Many local residents expressed that she was “known by everyone from Warren to Wilbraham”. She was a kind woman with a heart of gold who made a meaningful impact on everyone she met, even if all you did was share a conversation in passing. She loved her family and spending time with them. 

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday April 20th, 2024 at 10 AM at All Saints Church in Ware. Donations may be made in her honor to the Warren Senior Center.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with her arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or light a candle.
