Spencer- Daniel E. Polk, age 58, died Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the UMASS Memorial Health Care Center Hospital in Worcester. 

He leaves his close friend, Stephen F. Remillard of Worcester. 

He was born in Lynn, MA.  He was a yellow cab driver for many years in Worcester. 

There are no calling hours and all services are private.  His request was for donations in his memory be made to St. John's Food Pantry, Temple St., Worcester, MA.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street., Webster, MA has been entrusted with his arrangements.
