Dudley- Joseph Alfred Ernest Petit age 94 died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Brookside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.  He was the husband of the late Ruth (Lafleche) Petit.  He had a brother that predeceased him, Leo Petit of Southbridge and 3 sisters. 

He was born in Southbridge son of the late Donat and Clementine ( Lariviere) Petit and lived in Dudley for many years. He was a WWII US Navy Veteran. He was retired from the Ethan Allen Furniture Company in Dudley.   He was a fan of the Boston Red Sox.  Services  and burial will be announced.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with his arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or light a candle.
