Barbara Ann (Bonner) LeMay 
1959 – 2026

Barbara Ann (Bonner) LeMay, age 66, of Webster, Massachusetts, died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

Barbara was born in Providence, Rhode Island. She was the daughter of the late William H. Sr. and Margaret E. (Grimley) Bonner. She grew up in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and was a graduate of Woonsocket High School, Class of 1978. Barbara worked a majority of her life in retail, and most recently as a homemaker.

Barbara enjoyed many things – antiques, all things country, clothing, going to the beach, interior decorating, shopping, food and fine dining. She had a large shoe collection. She was an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoyed music, especially Credence Clearwater Revival. In her travels, she visited Alaska, which along with going to the beach, become one of her favorite places to go. Barbara loved life. She loved her family, always putting them first. She had a great sense of humor and was always very generous with her time, helping anyone she could or simply lending an ear and listening.

Babara is survived by her longtime companion, Mark Burns of Webster; her daughter, Jennifer LeMay of Woonsocket, RI; her son, Ryan LeMay and his companion Cora Gomoll of Dubuque, IA; two brothers, William H. Bonner Jr. and his wife Rosanne of Westfield, IN, Francis Bonner of Woonsocket, RI; three sisters, her twin Betty Gauthier and her husband Jim of Woonsocket, RI, Heidi Laflamme and her husband Richard of Cumberland, RI, Mary Barish and her husband John of Harrisville, RI; two grandchildren, Reece LeMay and Sunny River LeMay; her beloved nieces and nephews, Patrick Gauthier, Peter Gauthier, Julia Barish, Emily Barish, Timothy Bonner, Shannon Bonner, Maureen Bonner, Colleen Bonner and Jack Bonner; also by her cats, Brooksie and Florence.

The family is planning a private Celebration of Life. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to 2 Hands 4 Paws, 1500 Atwood Ave, Ste 4, Johnston, RI 02919.
