Brenda J. (Bobbitt) Wood, age 69, of Webster, died Thursday, March 28, 2013 at home.

She leaves a son, William W. Wood Jr. of Holbrook, MA; a daughter, Annette Waleski of Oakfield, NY; a brother, Curtis Bobbitt of Virginia; five sisters, Sylvia, Rosalie, Mary Lee, Becky and Faye, all of Virginia; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was born in Roanoke, Virginia, daughter of the late Samuel and Lois (Adkins) Bobbitt and live in Webster most of her life.  She was a retired registered nurse and enjoyed quilting.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com .
