Obituary

Webster - Bruce A. Bell Sr., age 56, died Thursday, August 9, 2012, at home, surrounded by his family.

He leaves his wife, Deidre M. (Gilley) Bell; four sons, Heath Mcauliffe, Bruce Bell Jr., Spenser Bell and Chase Michael Bell; two daughters, Wendy Parkinson and Philicia Laferriere; three step-children, Brandy Beaudette, Cassie Beaudette and Abigail Desroches; one brother, Scott Bell; one sister, Pat Olsen; eleven grandchildren, Nick, Olivia, Dalton, Jenna, Evan, Ashley, Hailee, Ava, Sophia, Damien and Cheyann; one great-grandson, Jaymez; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful boxers, Christy and Penut.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Jack Bell and Mark Bell; and by three sisters, Pam Bell, Sharon Sodano and Cathy Morin.

Bruce was born in Holden, son of the late John and Beatrice (Redfield) Bell and lived in Worcester before moving to Webster seven years ago.  He was a self-employed Licensed Contractor and CDL Truck Driver.  Bruce also served in the United States Army.  He was a long standing member of A.A. and loved motorcycles.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster, with a prayer service at 12:30 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
