Charles R. Tuttle Jr., age 75, of Warren, died Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. He leaves his wife of 54 years, Patricia J. (Ruddy) Tuttle; a son, Charles R. Tuttle III of Warren; a daughter, Karen E. Varjian of Plymouth; two granddaughters, Rachel Hunt and Rebecca Varjian;  one great-granddaughter, Josalynn Hunt. He was born in Ware, son of the late Charles R. Sr. and Pearl M. (Portier) Tuttle.  He grew up in East Brookfield.  After his marriage he lived in West Brookfield before relocating to Ohio and then living in Warren for the remainder of his life.  He was a retired tool and die maker, having worked many years at Precision Wire in West Brookfield.  He was a United States Navy Veteran.  He enjoyed wood carving, especially birds.  He loved to cook, garden and was an avid fan of the Boston sports teams. There are no calling hours.  Funeral services and burial are private.
