Dennis Lee Giambattista, age 59 of Danielson, CT., died Saturday, June 21, 2014 at his home. He leaves his mother, with whom he lived, Esther M. (Brisson) Giambattista; three brothers, Wayne Giambattista of Boston, David Giambattista of Central Village, Tony Giambattista and his wife Meredith of Danielson; five sisters, Brenda Souza and her companion Paul Moninski, Pamela Coutu and her husband Robert of Danielson, Cynthia Laseter and her husband Daniel, of Danielson, Sheila Kinney and her husband George of Plainfield, Tina Veillette and her husband Michael of Danielson; many nieces and nephews. He was born in Putnam, son of Esther M. (Brisson) Giambattista and the late Domonick Giambattista and lived in Danielson all his life.  He loved his Mom dearly.  Dennis had a beautiful heart and was caring and generous. If heaven was a stairway and memories a lane we would walk to heaven and bring him home. He will be sadly missed.

There are no calling hours.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 1 to 4 pm at the home of his brother Tony at 34 East Franklin Street, Danielson.  Family and Friends are invited to pay their respects at that time .  Omit flowers and donations may be made to the Masonic Care of Danielson in his memory.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com
