Doreen A. (Earle) Salvas of Danielson, CT, died Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at UMASS Memorial Health Care, Worcester.

She leaves her husband, Todd R. Salvas of Danielson; a son, Shane Sroczenski of Putnam; a daughter, Brittany Benkowski of Putnam; a brother, Steven Earle of Killingly; a step-sister, Brenda Earle of Putnam; six grandchildren.  She also leaves her father, Maurice Earle and her step-mother, Connie Earle of Thompson; her mother, Germaine (Plasse) Earle of Putnam.  She was predeceased by a son, Joshua Sroczenski of Putnam.

Doreen was born in Putnam and lived in Danielson for the past 5 years.  She was employed with Day Kimball Home Health Care.

There are no calling hours.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 1 pm in the Putnam Congregational Church, 175 Main Street, Putnam.  Burial, at a later date, will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Putnam.  The family requests that flowers be omitted and that donations in her memory be made to the Putnam Congregational Church, 175 Main Street, Putnam, CT 06260.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com .
