Webster- Duane A. Drown age 86 died at his home, January 11, 2018.  He was the husband of the late Glorina (Tootsie) M. (Beaudry) Drown who died in 2010.  He leaves two sons, William T. Drown of Kentucky, Scott Drown of Webster and a daughter, Jennifer Taylor and her husband Randy of Putnam and two grandchildren, Connor and Autumn Taylor. He was predeceased by two brothers, Roy and Howard Drown.

He was born in Lyndon, Vermont son of the late Roy J. Drown and Edith J. (LaPointe) Drown and lived here for over 50 years, prior to that living in Athol.  He was a Foundry working most of his life, working at Standard Foundry in Worcester. He was a US Army Veteran during the Korean War.

Duane enjoyed cooking, baking and candy making.  There are no calling hours.  Burial with military honors will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 11:30 AM in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Webster.
