Boston, Massachusetts/ Webster – Felix Dillard Herbin departed this life on Saturday, August 18, 2018.  He lived a long and peaceful life.  Dillard was born on December 7, 1938 to the late Simon Herbin and Katie Farrish Herbin in Rockingham County, North Carolina.  In 1968, he relocated to Boston, Massachusetts and resided for the majority of his life.  In addition to his parents; a beloved wife, Shirley Bridges Herbin; children, Felix "Boomer" Herbin, Donald Lee Herbin, Ricky Donnell Herbin and Timothy Herbin; sisters, Betty Q. Johnson and Clara Herbin Abbott, preceded him in death.  Survivors are: children, Patricia Herbin Lane (Stephen), Shirley Denise "Sweet Pea" Herbin, Diane Herbin, Danny Herbin and Terry Anthony Herbin; siblings, Mamion Herbin (Nellie), Baisley Herbin, Ronnie Herbin and Beatrice Tucker; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with his arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or light a candle
