Webster – Felix N. Navedo, 86, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday December 20, 2020 while at the Webster Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Felix was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on January 30, 1934, son to the late Felix N. Navedo Sr. and Carmen (Ramos) Navedo; living in Webster for most of his life, Felix was employed for many years at the Webster Lens Company where he worked as a foreman; he was a devout Catholic and faithful member of St. Louis Church. Felix was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who worked hard to raise and provided for his family which he adored.
Felix will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Juana (Vazquez), Navedo, to whom he has been wed for over forty-five years; his daughter Sonia Zayas and her husband Victor; six siblings: Nicholas Navedo, Nicolas Navedo, Edwin Navedo, and Rafael Navedo, Pura Navedo, and Anna Navedo; Nine grandchildren: Sonia Binienda, Jacquelyn O'Brien, Madeline Angelone, Ricardo Navedo, Riquito Navedo, Lydia Halloway, Edgardo Rodriguez, Hector Rodriguez, and Jorge Cintron; he also leaves many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends. Felix was predeceased by three sons: Jose Navedo, Ramon Cintron Sr, and Hector Rodriguez; his brother Jorge Navedo and his sister Juana Navedo; two grandchildren: Jose Alberto Navedo and Ramon Cintron Jr.
The family wishes to extend their utmost appreciation to the unsung heroes at the Webster Manor for the loving care they provided for Felix.
Visitation will be held on Monday December 28, 2020 from 9:00 – 10:30 am in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street Webster, MA, followed by the Funeral Mass which will be celebrated at 11:00 am in St. Louis Church, 15 Lake Street Webster, MA; Committal Services will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery in Webster.
