Florence M. (Breen) Stubbert-LeBeaux, age 87, of Worcester, died Sunday, December 4, 2016, at home surrounded by her family. Her first husband, Robert P. Stubbert Jr. died in 1973. Her second husband, Raymond LeBeaux died in 1991. She is survived by three sons, Robert P. Stubbert III and his wife Linda of Worcester, with whom she lived, Raymond Stubbert and his wife Kelly of League City, TX and James Stubbert of Worcester; four daughters, Patricia Ann Fitzpatrick of Worcester, Kathy Carney and her husband Jack of Worcester, Donna Smith of Florida and Joanne Rose and her husband Steven of Nevada; one brother, William Breen and his wife Marion of New Market, NH; a sister, Patricia Cote and her husband Joseph of Worcester; 23 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by a daughter, Ann Aucoin of Spencer; her brothers, Joseph, Robert and Raymond Breen, and by her sisters, Mary Ritacco and Shirley Menard.
Florence was born in Milford, MA, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Dinardo) Breen and lived in Worcester off and on throughout her life, residing here for the past two and a half years. She had also resided in Texas, Reno and North Brookfield. Florence spent many years raising her eight children. She also held several jobs retiring from Squaw Valley Ski Resort more than 30 years ago. She was a member of the Adult Day Care at Summit Elder Care in Worcester and thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. She loved embroidery, cooking and spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-granchild. She also enjoyed traveling and traveled across country with her second husband Raymond, who was a truck driver.
There are no calling hours. A private graveside service will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Summit Elder Day Care Activities Program, 277 East Mountain Street, Worcester, MA 01606. Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster has been entrusted with arrangements.
