Webster- Floyd L. Davis, 74 passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at his home as was his wish after a well fought battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kathy (Pierre) Davis, three daughters, Donna Plasse of Webster, Christine Kingston and her husband Jamie of Holland, MA, and Tuesday and her husband James Young Sr. of Webster. He also leaves 4 grandchildren, Jessica Richards, Erika Lima, Derrick Davis and David Prybyla, as well as 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother George L. Davis Jr. and 3 sisters, Bertha Olson, Jeanette Bacon, and Theresa Barthe. He as predeceased by 3 sisters, Ann Hicks, Elizabeth Greene and Cecelia Rhodes. He is also leaves many nieces and nephews and his 2 very close friends, TJ Davis and Len Stanley. He also leaves his "little man", his cat Walter who adored him.
Floyd worked for Central Paving. Later in life he worked at the University Commons Nursing Center and Colony Retirement Homes where he was very well liked by the residents. He and his friend Len did many country shows for the residents.
Calling hrs will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 4 PM – 7 PM in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA with a service in the funeral Home at 6 PM. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster, MA. Omit flowers and donations may be made to the
