Obituary

Dudley- Frank A. Hmay, age 87, formerly of Joshua Place, died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge.

He leaves three brothers, V. Casamir Hmay of Southbridge, Edward Hmay of Florida, and Thomas Hmay of Michigan; a sister, Victoria Bradley of Dudley; many nieces and nephews.

He was born Southbridge, son of the late Stanley and Anna (Skowron) Hmay and lived many years in Southbridge before moving to Dudley, and then Webster for the past two years.

He was a World War II, United States Navy veteran. He worked in the maintenance department for the Massachusetts Turnpike and was a well known researcher. He was a member of the D.A.V., V.F.W. and the Webster-Dudley American Legion.

A graveside service,with military honors, will be Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 1:00 pm in Saint Mary Cemetery, Southbridge. Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.
