Worcester- Gary J. Whalen age 59 passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.  He leaves a son Michael Whalen of Worcester, six daughters; Angela Thomoson of SC, Christina LaFlash of Boston, Amy Whalen. Jennifer Sliwoski, Victoria Whalen and Stephanie Whalen all of Worcester.  He also leaves his sister Gail Butler and her husband Philip of Maine and a brother Barry Whalen and his wife Betty Ann of FL and numerous grandchildren nieces and nephews. He also leaves two step-sons, Christian Millett  and J.C. Dufrane   Gary leaves two ex-wives Patricia( Wood) Whalen and Cathy Dufrane, also his long time girlfriend Serienna Millett and many in-laws.  He also leaves his mother Elaine (Landry) Whalen Erickson and step-father Ron Erickson of Leominster.  He had a daughter that predeceased him, Sonya Whalen of Worcester and a brother Steven Whalen of Worcester.  He was born in Worcester son Elaine (Landry) Whalen and the late George Whalen Jr. and lived in Worcester most of his life.  He was a mechanic and enjoyed working on cars.  There are no calling hours.  No service at this time.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with his arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or light a candle.
