Dayville, CT – George L. Loubier, 75, passed away on Wednesday September 8, 2021 while at the Day-Kimball Hospital in Putnam.

George was born in Colchester, VT on May 7, 1946, son of the late Lucien G. and Lorencia E. (Levesque) Loubier; he worked as a subcontractor for Eversource for many years prior to his retirement.  George was an avid hunter, and also enjoyed camping and landscaping, he was extremely proud of his yard and his home.

George will be deeply missed by his loving wife Linda M. (Collins) Loubier; two sons: Timmy Loubier of VT and Danny Loubier of Sterling, CT; his stepdaughter Dawn Weber of Dayville; three grandchildren: Delaney, DJ, and Brooke; three step-grandchildren: Ericha O'Keefe, Abbey, and Alexa Weber; his step-great-granddaughter Hadley O'Keefe; he also leaves many relatives and dear friends.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home.
