H. Jacqueline Martin, age 83, of Worcester, died Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center, Worcester.

She leaves a sister, Ernestine M.R. Zipoy of Punta Gorda, FL.

Jackie was born in Lawrence, daughter of the late John P. and Rita C. (Moran) Martin and lived in Fitchburg before moving to Worcester a few years ago.  She was the retired Executive Director of the Western Orthopedic Association in California.
