Helen P. (Aliberti) Shedd, age 89 of Rutland, MA, died Monday, November 18, 2013 at UMASS Memorial Health Care, Worcester.

She leaves a son, Wesley Shedd and his wife Leticia Shedd of Shrewsbury; a daughter, Patricia Browning and her husband Robert Browning of Paxton; a brother, Gus Aliberti of Boston; a sister, Rose Reade and her husband Arthur Reade of Hyde Park; her grandchildren, Mary Jean Shedd, George Shedd, Wesley Shedd 4 ^th , Helen Kuntz, Elizabeth Browning, Thomas Browning, Robert Browning III; great-grandchildren,Mia Samantha Shedd, Bella Renee Shedd, Gavin Maximino Shedd, Jerry Kuntz Jr., Jason Kuntz and Britni Browning; a great-great-grandson, Joseph Morra.  She was predeceased by a sister, Lucille Kvaracein of Shrewsbury.

Helen was born in Hyde Park-Boston, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Merola) Aliberti and lived in Worcester and Oxford before moving to Rutland 20 years ago.  She was an LPN, and was formerly employed by Worcester City Hospital.  She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Shrewsbury.
