West Brookfield - Janet E. (Puffer) Blackwell, age 80. formerly of West Main Street, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at the Quabaug Rehabilitation Center, West Brookfield. She was the wife of the late Leon Blackwell, who died in 2006. She leaves two daughters, Marcia Rodriguez of California and Marilyn J. Culver of Warren; a brother, Bryant Puffer of Maine; a sister, Pamela Hunter of New Hampshire; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Adams of Florida. She was born in Clinton, daughter of the late Stanwood and Arlene (Holden) Puffer and lived in Florida before moving to West Brookfield four years ago. She was a homemaker.
