Jania (Kupiec) Tabor, age 78, of Uxbridge, MA, died Monday, April 29, 2013 at Lanessa Extended Care Nursing Home, Webster, MA.

She leaves a daughter and son, Maryann Recorvitz and her husband Michael of Chepachet, RI, Timothy J. Tabor and his wife Michelle A. Tabor of Webster, MA;  two grandchildren, Jared Recorvitz and Justin Recorvitz of Chepachet, RI; three step grandchildren, Alan Hoyt and his wife, Leila of  Webster, MA, Eric Hoyt of Norfolk, VA and Julie Hoyt of Webster, MA.  She was predeceased by her late husband of 52 years, Harold S. Tabor

Jane was born in Grafton, daughter of the late John and Mary Kupiec (Popak) and lived in Uxbridge most of her life.  She worked for 27 years at Alternatives, Inc.  She enjoyed gardening, yard work and in her younger days - ice skating, boating, snowmobiles and her husband's Harley Davidson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 7:00-8:00 pm in the Shaw-Majerck Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster.   There are no calling hours. A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com.
