Worcester – Jay Edward O'Brien, 63, passed away at the UMass Memorial Medical Center on June 6, 2020.
Jay is survived by his four brothers: William T., Philip F., Wayne D., and Robert F. O'Brien. Jay was born in Worcester, MA on October 12, 1956, son of William J. and Alberta V. (Johnson) O'Brien.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street Webster, MA.
