Joan Rowe, age 72 of Webster, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge.

Joan was born in Webster and lived here all her life.  She was employed at Bates Shoe and also worked at Filene's Basement Distribution Center in Auburn.  She was a member of Saint Louis Parish.

She was predeceased by her parents, James and Eva (Raymond) Rowe and her brother, Roland Rowe of Webster.  She is survived by one sister, Barbara Daigle of Webster; three nephews, Bradley Daigle of Dudley, Joey Daigle of West Woodstock and Bruce Daigle of Dudley; two nieces, Diane Sheldon of Pomfret and Jacqueline Stevens of Worcester. Joan's funeral will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 10:00 am in Saint Louis Church, Lake Street, Webster. Please go directly to church.
