Joan M. (Wojtas) Gilley, age 93, of Webster, died Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center, Worcester.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence J. Gilley.  She leaves a son, Richard L. Gilley and his wife Janice of West Boylston; a daughter, Patricia Burke and her husband Francis of Charlton; a sister, Sylvia Seney of Dudley; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Joan was born in Webster, daughter of the late Frank and Eleanor (Borkowski) Wojtas and lived in Webster all her life.  She retired from Cranston Print.  Joan enjoyed knitting.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 10:00 am in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster.  Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com .
