Joanne E. (Daigle) Benoit, age 67 of North Grosvenordale, CT, died Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Davis Place in Killingy, CT.

She was the wife of the late, Ronald R. Benoit, who died on January 15, 2016.  She leaves two sisters; several nieces and nephews.

She was born in Putnam, daughter of the late Armand and Elizabeth (Maloney) Daigle and lived in the area all of her life.  She was formerly employed at the American Optical.
