Joel E. Williams III, age 66 of Woodstock, CT, died Thursday, November 21, 2013.

He leaves his wife, Deborah (Eckert) Williams.  He also leaves, Amy and Richard Bowen, Jacob and Caleb Bowen; Erik and Caroline Todd and family; Jessica and Jeremy Watkins and family; Devon and Jeremy Barnes and family, Kayla Todd.  He also leaves his sisters, Lynn von Conta, Susan Clayton and Jean Williams, and countless special friends.

His passion was for outdoor life.
