Webster- John J. Kapitulik Jr. age 77 died Tue. Sept. 8, 2015 at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge.  He leaves his wife o 53 years, Jeanne R. (Leboeuf) Kapitulik of Webster.  He also leaves a son Joseph J. and his wife Joyce Kapitulik of Orange and a daughter, Christine and her husband Kevin Esposito of Webster.  He also leaves a sister Esther and her husband Edward Lesse of Webster.  He  had a sister that predecased him, Estelle Kapitulik of Webster.  He also leaves 2 grandchildren, Holly Jean and her husband Brad Bennett and Kevin L. Esposito all of Webster. He was born in Thompson, CT son of the late John J. and Stella (Horanzy) Kapitulik Sr. and lived in Webster most of his life.  He was a US Navy Veteran.  He was retired from the Webster Police Dept, where he was a police office for over 33 years.  He was a member of the BPO Elks, Masons, American Legion, Booster AC, 200 Sportsmen Club, lifetime member of the Beagle Club.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf.  There are no calling hours.  All services are private.  Donations may be made in his memory to the Webster-Dudley Veterans Council, Veterans Way, Webster, MA 01570.  The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA has been entrusted with his arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or a memory.
