North Grosvenordale, CT- Joseph H. Gaucher, age 73, died Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Day Kimball Hospital. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Agnes T. (Grenier) Gaucher; his son Joseph E. Gaucher of Woodstock;  two daughters, Judith M. Gaucher of Webster and Joanne J. Gaucher of North Grosvenordale;  a grandson, Matthew T. Lubomirski of North Grosvenordale; a brother, Frederick Gaucher of North Grosvenordale; two sisters, Alice Benoit of Brooklyn, CT and Carole Caissie of Spencer.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Eugene of Enfield and Dennis of Rhode Island. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Frederick and Lorraine (Beaulac) Gaucher and lived here all his life.  He worked at Pratt & Whitney for 33 years as a machinist.  He was a former member of Community Fire Department and was a member of the Knights of Columbus in North Grosvenordale.  He enjoyed flea markets, antiques, yard sales and collecting. The funeral will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016, from the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street. Webster with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Joseph Church, Main Street, North Grosvenordale.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.  Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Joseph School.
