Webster- Jottie L. Mills Jr. passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at the University of MA Memorial Health Care Center Hospital Worcester MA.  He leaves his fiancée Kay Young of Webster, two sons Jottie L. Mills III and Brett Mills both of Webster.  He also leaves two daughters, Kaylie R. Mills of Webster and Corine Young of Putnam, CT., four grandchildren Aaron, Chloe, Lily and Audrie.  Jottie is also survived by two brothers, Richard Mills of Southbridge and Michael Twofeather of Oxford, and a sister Donna Vessello of Charlton.  He was born in Savannah, Georgia son of Naomi Twofeather of Southbridge and the late Jottie L. Mills Sr.  He was employed by the Inner Tile Corp. where he worked for many years.
