Gardner- Juan Ruiz Pena age 59 passed away Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the Highlands in Fitchburg.  He leaves three sons, Amado Ruiz of Lawrence, Christopher and John Ruiz of Lowell, two daughters, Sharon and Gabriella Ruiz of Lowell and several grandchildren.  He also leaves a sister Raine Ruiz of Gardner.

He was born in Ynber Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic son of the late Julio Rafael Ruiz Garcia and Antonia Pena Garcia and lived her since 1982.  He was a Marine Veteran serving in the Dominican Republic military. He was employed doing heavy construction and demolition.
