Dudley- Judith A. Kubiak age 69 died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015 at the Maryann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Natick, MA, She leaves her daughter Katie and her 2 grandchildren Benjamin and Isabella of Australia and were the love of her life.  She also leaves her mother Eugenia M. (Evanski) Kubiak of Dudley and lived in the same facility with Judy.  She leaves her 3 brothers; Paul of FL., Robert of Yarmouthport, MA and Joseph of Oakton, VA.  Judy was predeceased by her sisters, Joan Racicot of Webster and Patricia Greenleaf of Dudley. Judy was born in Webster daughter of Eugenia (Evanski) Kubiak and the late Joseph C. Kubiak of Dudley.  Judy in most recent years had her own animal sitting business. She also was a care giver at Day Kimball hospital in Putnam, CT.  Judy was a member of the RI Arabian Horse Assoc., and was a animal activist.  Her enjoyment was crocheting, animals and especially horses.  Judy's kindness and caring for creatures large and small was a wonderful thing to experience.  Her friendship was a blessing.  Judy's love for friend and family was uncompromising.  She was care giver to the whole family.  Judy will be missed but never forgotten.  Know that you were loved as you loved. The funeral will be held Wed. Oct. 21, 2015 from the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, MA with a Mass of Christian burial in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, East Main St., Webster, burial in St. Joseph Garden of Peace.  Calling hrs in the funeral home, will be Tue. Oct.20, 2015 from 5-7 PM.  In lieu of flowers donations in Judy's memory may be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter, 111 Young Rd., E. Brookfield, MA 01515.
