Worcester – Julio A. Peredo, 74, passed away on Monday March 2, 2020 at the Worcester Health Center with his family by his side.

Julio is survived by his wife Fortunata (Kcamt) Peredo; two sons: Julio A. and Julio C. both of Lima, Peru; two daughters: July L. of Auburn, MA and Karin J. of Lima, Peru; his brother William, of Lima, Peru; three sisters: Rosa, Mary, and Nancy, all of Lima, Peru; he also leaves six grandchildren, 5 grand-dogs, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Julio was born in Lima, Peru on July 27, 1945, son of Antero and Inocenta (Martinez) Peredo; he worked, for many years, as an accountant. Julio was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend; he was always quick to help anyone in need, but always put his family first. Julio worked hard and sacrificed tremendously to ensure that all his children would go to college; he had a great sense of humor, and an infectious laugh. Julio was a sports fan; he loved to play soccer, tennis, volleyball and bocce; soccer and tennis being his favorites. Julio played and taught people how to play soccer and tennis until becoming ill three years ago. Julio will be deeply missed by his loving family and his dear friends.

The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street Webster, MA, is honored to have been chosen by Julio's family to assist them to lay Julio to rest in his hometown of Lima, Peru where all funeral and committal services will be held.
