Dudley – Karen (Hayward) Phillips, 56, passed away on Wednesday August 18, 2021 while at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home.

Karen was born in Framingham, MA on November 4, 1964; she worked as a ward clerk for the Worcester Recovery and Rehabilitation Hospital for over twenty-six-years; she very much enjoyed arranging flowers, making candles, watching turtles, taking care of her beloved pets, and of course, she was dedicated to her work which she loved.

Karen will be deeply missed by her loving husband Carl Phillips; her mother Helen (Wanczyk) Hayward of Hudson; two brothers: Chris Hayward and his wife Jana of Chelmsford, and Skip Hayward and his wife Marybeth of Winchendon; two sisters: Tami Mildish and her husband Robert of Hudson, and Kimberly Hayward of Hudson.  Karen was predeceased by her father Glen Hayward.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home.
