Putnam, CT - Kenneth R. MacDonald, 51, passed away on Wednesday November 20, 2019 while surrounded by his family at the Trinity Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hartford.

Kenneth leaves his longtime companion Malissa Christy of Webster; his son Shawn MacDonald of Webster; his mother Pauline (Dorighi) MacDonald; three brothers: David MacDonald of Woodstock, CT, and Scott and Jonathan MacDonald both of North Carolina; he was predeceased by his father, the late David MacDonald.

Kenneth lived in Putnam for most of his life;  he was a music enthusiast, who was also interested in sports, baseball being his favorite.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street Webster, MA.

Kenneth's family kindly requests that memorial contributions be sent to Vitas Hospice, 628 Hebron Avenue Suite 300 Glastonbury, CT 06033.
