Ashburnham - Laurence R. Ehrets, age 69, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at Heywood Hospital in Gardner. He leaves his wife of 43 years, Linda M. (Mackie) Ehrets of Ashburnham; two sons, Jason M. Ehrets of Worcester and Joshua A. Ehrets of Leominster; two grandsons, Madison L. Lewis and Owen Ehrets; many sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws. He was born in Boston, son of the late Laurence M. and Dorcas E. (Hayes) Ehrets and lived in Leominster before moving to Ashburnham 32 years ago. He owned and operated a lighting business for many years. He was a member of the Gardner Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. There are no calling hours. Services and burial are private.
