Obituary

Charlton – Leo W. Dragon Jr, 76, beloved husband, died peacefully with his wife by his side on Friday October 20, 2023 after battling Parkinson's with Dementia for many years.

Leo leaves his wife of fifty-three years, Betty; he was predeceased by his son Lonnie Lee on February 22, 2022.  Leo leaves his grandchildren Alexis, Ryan, Amber, and Stephen of San Diego, CA; his brother Scott Dragon of Woodstock, CT.  He also leaves his sister-in-law Debbie Larson of North Grosvenordale, CT who always made Leo laugh and his brother-in-law John Adamuska of North Grosvenordale, CT

Leo grew up in Dudley, MA, graduating from Bartlett High School and Assumption College with a degree in Psychology and Counseling which he put to good use by working for the State of MA as an associate director for the Department of Mental Health.  After retiring from the state, Leo worked for Dean Witter in an Account Executive Position.

Leo loved time spent with family on holiday gatherings; over the years he's been on many cruises with family; he enjoyed visiting with his family and son in CA to watch the kids grow.

When not going out on motorcycle rides with friends and his brother Scott, Leo could be found working on many projects; he was a jack of all trades; he will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
