Putnam, CT- Mary (Pershula) Bibek age 85 died Sunday in Day Kimball Hospital, Putnam.  She was the wife of the late Edward Bibek Sr. who died in 2014.  She leaves a son Eward Bibek Jr of Putnam and his companion Joan MacDonald of Easton, MA and a daughter Nancy and her husband William Mason of Putnam.   She was also predeceased by brother Joseph Pershula of North Grosvenordale.  She also leaves a grandson, Alex MacDonald of Easton, Ma. She was born in North Grosvenordale, CT daughter of the late Max and Sophie (Lukasek) Pershula and lived in Thompson all her life.  She was a Telephone Operator and worked for SNET.  She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers Club and she loved eating out and shopping.
