Worcester/Webster – Michele R. (DeFosse) Hubbard, 72, passed away in the comfort of her home while surrounded by her loving family on Friday June 10, 2022.

Michele was born in Worcester, MA on November 1, 1949, daughter of the late Roland and Jeanne (Boyer) DeFosse. She lived in Worcester for most of her life, moving to Webster a short time ago to be with her family.  Michele worked as a preschool aide for many years at the St. Stephen's and Roosevelt Schools prior to her illness; she enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.  Michele was a loving and caring person who will be deeply missed by all.

Michele is survived by her two daughters: Melissa A. Hubbard of Webster and Leanne B. Hubbard of Brookfield; her brother Matthew DeFosse of Spencer; her sisters Andrea Smith of South Dennis, MA and Roberta Brodeur of Sutton; four grandchildren: Kayla Karlon, Nathaniel Hubbard, Tiara Bates, and Katrina Lippe three great-grandchildren: Keegan, Carter, and Chrystal, as well as many relatives and friends.

A gathering in celebration of Michele's life will be held on Sunday June 26, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street Webster, MA.
