Obituary

Micheline "Mickey" Simone (Foucault) Boutillette, passed away peacefully Monday, November 4, 2013 surrounded by family and friends.

She leaves behind her lifelong partner, William J. Martin Jr.; her sister, Denise Harpin; two sons, Wilfred Boutillette and his wife Wendy of Webster, Michael J. Boutillette and his companion Doreen of Worcester; a daughter, Cynthia A. Cottrill and her husband Ernest of Arizona; step-daughters, Donna Madore and Lisa Mazurka; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sister, Gisele Dorr and by a brother, Andre Foucault.

She was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Achelini and Cecele (Prefontaine) Foucault and lived in Webster most of her life.  She was a retired cook having worked many years at the Christopher House.  She was a member of the Webster and Dudley Senior Centers.  She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and going to the casino. Calling hours at the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster are Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 pm, with a prayer service at 3:45 pm.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the VNA Hospice, 534 School Street, Webster, MA 01570.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com .
