Patricia J. (Kubiak) Greenlief, age 58 of Dudley died Monday, March 18, 2013 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

She leaves her husband of 26 years, Terrence J. Greenlief of Dudley; a son, Nicholas A.P. Greenlief of Dudley; her mother, Eugenia M. (Evanski) Kubiak of Dudley; three brothers, Paul J. Kubiak of Dudley, Robert C. Kubiak of Dudley and Joseph C. Kubiak of Oakhill, VA.; a sister, Judith A. Kubiak of Dudley; several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Melissa Greenlief of Dudley and by a sister, Joan F. Racicot of Webster.

She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Joseph C. Kubiak and lived in Chepachet, RI before moving to Dudley four years ago.  She was formerly employed as an assistant manager at Staples.  She had a love for the sea and of course, for her son Nicholas.

A Memorial Mass will be held in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, East Main Street, Webster on Monday, April 1, 2013 at 11:30 am. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.  The family requests that flowers be omitted and that donations be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com.
