Obituary

Southbridge - Ralph Michael Ricci, 64 passed away suddenly at the UMass Memorial Hospital on Tuesday February 2, 2021.

Ralph was born in Worcester, MA on October 2, 1956, son of Ralph J. and Anna M. (Paladino) Ricci. Born a middle child of 8, Ralph is survived by his brothers Joseph, Steven, Edmund and John, and his sister Tina. Sadly, he was predeceased by two sisters, Mary and Karen.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Sharon Marie (Roberts) Ricci, to whom he was happily married to for 45 years: son Michael A. Ricci, his wife Leah and their two children Ilan and Rhea; his daughter Tanya M. (Ricci) Tran her husband Linh and their two children Collin and Sofia

Recently retired, Ralph worked as a supervisor at Worcester State University for many years. He was in the Airforce as a young man and is an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses. Ralph was a dedicated family man, who was quick with a smile and a photo of his pride and joy...the grandchildren. He is known and loved for his quick wit, funny stories, and booming laugh. He believed that life should be lived to the fullest and filled with love. He has touched so many lives with his caring guidance and willingness to help others, to know him was to love him and to love him is forever.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday February 19 th , 2021 from 4-6pm at Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street Webster, MA.
