Obituary

Raymond A. Wright, age 75, of 200 Gore Road, Webster, died Sunday, May 12, 2013 at his home.

He was the husband of Jean F. (Gavigan) Wright of Framingham.  In addition to his wife, he leaves three sons, Raymond G. Wright of Clinton, Bruce S. Wright of Hopkinton and Christopher J. Wright of Milford; a brother, James Wright of Chandler, AZ; six sisters, Shirley Bradley of Littleton, Virginia Wilson of Burlington, Wendy Robins of Pittston, PA, Brenda Steele of Tempe, AZ, Mary Penki of Seattle, WA and Carol Lou Driscoll of Seattle, WA; four grandchildren, Kevin, Olivia, Kelly and Julie Wright.  He also leaves his companion, Cheryl A. Tuomi of Webster and her daughter, Geralyn Callbeck.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Linwood Wright and John Wright; and by a sister, Marjorie Paillucci.

Ray was born in Houlton, Maine, son of the late Stanley W. and Leola R. (Briggs) Wright and lived in Maynard before moving to Webster thirteen years ago. He was a heating technician, employed by Atlas Oil in Maynard.  He enjoyed bocci, Texas Hold Em and was a member of the American Pool Association.

There are no calling hours.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm on Monday, May 27, 2013 at Indian Ranch Campground, 200 Gore Road, Webster.  Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com .
