Rita I. (St. Jean) Hart, age 89, of Worcester, died Friday, October 25, 2013 at Life Care Center of Auburn.

Her husband, John Hart died in 1972.  She leaves two daughters, Sheila A. Smith of Auburn and Sharon A. Bienvenue of Green Cove Springs, FL; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by two sisters, Helen Lessard and Leona Vanderwater, both of Charlotte, NC.

Rita was born in Fall River, MA, daughter of the late Joseph and Marion (Dunn) St. Jean.  She lived in Fall River prior to moving to Worcester.  She was a Special Education Teacher within the Fall River School Department, and later worked as an Inspector at United Mercant in Fall River.
