Robert A. Fontaine

Auburn – Robert A. Fontaine, 82, of Burnett St., died Sunday, June 15, 2025, at UMass Memorial Hospital.  He was the loving husband of Millie (Adam) Fontaine.  Born in Worcester, he was the son of the late Raymond J. and Lillian (Ridlon) Fontaine.

Mr. Fontaine worked as a purchasing agent for office products.

Robert is survived by his wife, Millie (Adam) Fontaine; his children, James Fontaine and his wife Paula of Fiskdale, Dawn Werntz and her husband Sonny of Brookfield, and Scott Gauthier and his wife Vanessa of Spring, TX; his brother, Richard Fontaine of Rutland; his former wife, Judy Rose of East Brookfield; his grandchildren, Kayla Mortell and her husband Jonathan, Jamie Fontaine, Heather Fontaine, Raymond Fontaine, Noah Gauthier, Andrew Gauthier, and Hadley Gauthier, and his great grandchildren, Izabella and Dasha Mortell.
