Webster- Robert J. Jacob age 75 passed away Wednesday January 5, 2022 at Harrington Health Care Webster.  He leaves his wife of 43 years Sandra A. (Fox) Jacob.  He also leaves three sons, Scott Corbin of Carson City, CA, Ryan Corbin of Webster and Robert D. Jacob of Webster, one grandchild.  Bob also leaves his brother Leonard Jacob of Webster.

He was born in Southbridge son of the late Leonard Jacob and Frances (Spiwak) Jacob and lived here all his life. Bob was a US Army veteran and received the purple heart while serving in Vietnam. He worked as a mail carrier for over 30 years in Webster.  Bob was a member of the PAV, American Legion, DAV.  His greatest joy was working on cars.

Graveside services with military honors will be held in St. Joseph's Garden of Peace, Webster at 10 AM.  Please go directly to the cemetery. Thursday, January 13, 2022.  Calling will be held in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster, 4pm – 6 pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Please wear a face mask and abide by current health department guidelines.
