Shrewsbury/ Poland – Roman M. Wlazlak, age 73 of Poznan, Poland died Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at UMASS Memorial Health Care - University Campus, Worcester.

He was the husband of the late Adrianna (Nowak) Wlazlak, who died in January 2012.  He leaves his daughter, Aginieszka Wlazlak-Portev and her husband Mario of Shrewsbury; a grandson, Vesko Portev, of Shrewsbury.

He was the son of the late Ignacy and Marta Wlazlak and lived in Poland all his life.  He was a Army Veteran in Poland.  He was a hotel manager for many years.
