Hubbardston - Walter (Walt) E. Fielding Jr., passed away on Wednesday June 1, surrounded by his family. He leaves his loving wife of 45 years, Carol (Perron) Fielding; three daughters, Sheri D'Annolfo and her husband John of Barre, Amy Hayes and her husband Robert of Hubbardston, and Lisa Fielding and her fiancé Wilson Baptiste of Hubbardston. He also leaves seven grandchildren, two brothers Arthur Fielding of Wheelwright, and Michael Fielding of Orange. He is predeceased by his sister Sandra Borelli of Barre, and parents Walter and Vivian Fielding of Barre. Walter was born and raised in Barre. He worked for many years for Kanzaki Specialty Papers in Ware. He was the owner of Kozy Kabin Restaurant in Barre and also worked part-time for Solid Waste Solutions. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing and carpentry. He wil be remembered as a strong, kind, and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 11th at 10 a.m. at the Barre Congretational Church.
