Dudley- William J. Pitak age 90 died Sunday Feb. 28, 2016 at the UMASS Memorial Medical Center Worcester.  He leaves 2 daughters; Mary A. Mitchell of Salem and Karen Pitak-Santos and her husband Louis of Pleasanton, CA, and a  granddaughter Karina Santos.  He had 2 brothers and 2 sisters that predeceased him. He was born in Dudley son of the late Ignatius and Katharina (Kandera) Pitak and lived here all his life.  He was an electrician at UMASS Med Center.  He was a member of the electricians union. He was the wiring inspector in Dudley for many years. He enjoyed playing cards at Webster and Dudley Senior Centers. The funeral will be held Fri. March 11, 2016 from the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, Dudley and burial in St. Joseph Garden of Peace.  Calling hrs will be Fri., March 11, 2016,  8:00 AM – 9:30 AM in the Funeral Home.  Omit flowers and donations may be made to the Webster or Dudley Senior Center.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com where you may post a condolence or a memory.
